HIGH PRESSURE GRINDING ROLLS (HPGR): HPGRs are modern and efficient
comminution machines, which are becoming increasingly popular in mineral
processing. In addition to the industry-leading equipment that TAKRAF
already offers to the mining industry, the TAKRAF HPGR is a benchmark in
further developed comminution technology.
ROLL CRUSHERS: TAKRAF roll crushers are designed for capacities of up to
14,000 tph and are driven by powerful drive units in order to even crush
hard or ductile material without stalling. TAKRAF roll crushers are customised
solutions for new or existing crushing plants.
SIZERS: Tenova TAKRAF offers standardised primary and secondary sizers for
various crushing applications, as well as sizers tailored to unique customer
requirements. Our product portfolio has recently been enhanced with the
addition of sizer equipment, which now enables us to integrate its own
crushing machines into complete mining solutions.
DELKOR APIC: Jigs Delkor’s industry-leading jig technology offers a cost-
effective solution for separating valuable products from waste material to
produce clean, saleable products. Delkor jigs effectively and efficiently deal
with both fine and coarse material, handling an extended range of particle
sizes, which offer low operating costs, as they do not require or consume
DELKOR BELT LINEAR SCREENS: The Delkor belt linear screen was developed
through extensive test work to solve a major problem in the CIP/CIL
process – the effective removal of waste material from slurries. Delkor units
are capable of screening between 150 and 2000 microns and are widely
accepted for the removal of tramp from fines or slurries.
DELKOR BQR FLOTATION CELLS: Delkor BQR flotation cells achieve optimum
operation through purpose-designed levels of solids suspension, air rate
adjustment, easy froth-cone positioning and a stable pulp-froth interface.
